The standard handling period is usually between 1 and 3 working days. Once preparation is completed, the parcel is handed over to the selected logistics carrier for dispatch. The estimated total delivery time is generally between 5 and 10 working days, depending on the delivery address and overall shipping volume during the period. To ensure stable service quality and timely delivery, we cooperate with reliable carriers including Seur, Royal Mail, and Packlink. Orders with a total value of 79.99 GBP or above qualify for free delivery. Orders below this amount are subject to a fixed delivery fee of 9.99 GBP. 6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be submitted within 48 hours following payment confirmation, provided that order processing has not begun and the parcel has not yet been transferred to the carrier. Once preparation has commenced or the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.
